The Real Conservative Activist

Liberal activism has run into a dead end. We know their elected officials are planted into office with elite billionaire campaign donations. Their myths about systemic racism and climate change have been debunked. Their fraudulent slush funds have been disclosed. Their fake protests have been exposed. Their weaponization of the federal government has been factually disclosed to the public. It appears that swaying public opinion through deception has not worked the way it was intended.

Whereas liberal activism has relied on emotional and dramatic public display, conservative activism has been working mostly behind the scenes – until Charley Kirk. The conservative voice has been confined to one large mainstream news outlet and a scattering of blogs and YouTube channels. Although this has worked to sway public opinion on the national level, in contrast to our liberal friends, we have been absolutely benign on the local level. This is why we have such a prominent regression into socialism amongst our idealistic young adults. The Columbia University cohort, when asked why they voted for this economic system by enlarge responded that it was time to try “something new”, a total admission of the ignorance of world history and the irrelevance of current economic systems around the world. An immature world view will always be vulnerable to the candy man politician promising undeliverable goods for the license to control their lives and eventually impoverish their community.

Conservatives have never been good at public messaging. There is a belief that actions and results speak louder than words. That’s true when the results are shortcoming and easy to recognize. Today, it is very easy for a well intentioned young adult to become disillusioned as life’s expectations have not been realized. There is no seemingly credible source that readily, rationally and succinctly explains the conservative values and priorities. As the conservative voice is almost totally focused on the national level, it has been the liberals who have remained current with local politics. If President Trump had not won the election, this country would be totally unrecognizable within a few years. There would be a huge surge in families at the level of poverty in subsidized housing with no hope of improving their financial situation. There would be skyrocketing unemployment as the private sector is taxed to extinction. They would have succeeded in socializing the United States into severe impoverishment.

Conservative Activism Has Not Yet Begun

Real functional conservative activism is, for the most part, still nonexistent. Not until you see our young adults spontaneously gather in genuine, fervent prayer, writing and distributing petitions and referendums to their state legislators, their city councils and county boards, can you hope to make good on the opportunities the Trump administration is creating. Otherwise all that extra disposable income made available by tax cuts and wage growth will be sucked away by state and local taxes and user fees, even in the conservative states, but more so in the liberal states. They will be taxed out of their homes and into urban and suburban apartments, cheated out of the equity they would have amassed instead of making rent payments. The current explosion of subsidized housing does exactly that.

Conservative activism must be organic and begin in the local churches, schools, and yes, even the family bars! It must be led by men of strong spiritual character. As a man, when was the last time you were asked to go to such a gathering? Where is the emphasis in the conservative mainstream media to focus locally? Thought so. We have not yet begun.

Conservative activism must be organic and begin in the local churches, schools, and yes, even the family bars! It must be led by men of strong spiritual character.

Petitions must be written to create local legislation to limit property taxes and inflated property valuations so as to allow homeowners to build market value and equity in their homes. Petitions must be written to lift restrictions on religious freedom on public property. Petitions must be written to create legislation that incentivizes local private economic growth and prevents the expenditure of tax dollars that stifle economic growth. These petitions must be locally publicized. City councils and county boards exist to serve their constituents by maximizing the market value of their properties and limiting their tax liabilities. Yet, today those elected bodies are quietly doing just the opposite, largely with no public resistance or participation. Across the country, these governing bodies have very little oversight. The US Constitution intended for the citizens to be the functional oversight. Unfortunately, this has all but disappeared.

“The preservation of the sacred fire of liberty, and the
destiny of the Republican model of Government, are
justly considered as deeply, perhaps as finally staked
on the experiment entrusted to the hands of the
American people.”
— George Washington

So, how do you get started?

Here is a list of common sense steps you might take:

  1. Pray fervently in private. Then, find your most trusted conservative friend and ask for help and prayer.
  2. Research local conservative activist groups or organizations and find out what they are doing?
  3. Request financial documents from your local city and find out what they have spent taxpayer money on in the last ten years
  4. Make a table showing the median property taxes, the tax rates, and the assessed property valuations for the last ten years
  5. Make a list of the city council and county board votes impacting these numbers over the last ten years.
  6. make a graph from the table.
  7. write a sample petition as the one below.
  8. Using this information, go to your most trusted conservative friend and ask them to help you get started or to refer you to someone he or she trusts.

The Desperate Race To Grow A Dependent Voting Constituency

The veracity of the globalist-socialist minority overcoming our youth in all of our major cities as planned

The Democrat Party is totally complicit in facilitating the installment of radical socialist/Islamist locally elected leaders in many of our major cities and towns. They could not have accomplished this without the financial support of the globalist billionaires and the naivete of our youth. So rather than to blame our local community leadership, many who have come and gone in this conspiracy, we must identify those local leaders that are willing to fight against this ideological takeover, support them and find ways to grow this caliber of leadership. We must also identify those leaders who are currently facilitating these influences on our youth and expose them on a day to day, week to week basis until enough youth and parents begin to become aware of their toxicity.

What caliber of leadership are we talking about? Well, it is motivated out the unavoidable awareness that now is the time to recue our youth from a disillusioned ideological world that will strip them of their freedoms, their personalities, and their economic opportunities. The countless lies and myths must be logically debunked in a personal and edifying dialogue by those who strive to build credibility amongst them. This requires strong spiritual character and is totally achievable. Those of the baby boomer generation that are aware are, in my opinion, obligated to support and participate in this extremely important effort because we simply allowed this to take effect on our watch! The radicalization was ignited through a completely hidden agenda in our public school curriculums, paid for by us! We paid our most sought after public and private colleges to indoctrinate our youth in the virtues of the most failed economic system in human history. Our public educational system and its curriculum has always been in total misalignment with the US Constitution and its main purpose. As the one nation which was established for the sake of religious and economic freedom, we allowed our children to become educated to be more aligned with the nation we fought for our independence!

In whatever capacity you find yourself in, as a parent, schoolteacher, guidance counselor, big brother/sister, church youth leader, private school curriculum writer, social media influencer, etc. As you build your audience and followership, you will attract private sector philanthropy to grow your outreach as an organization. If you are genuinely motivated, your personal plan will start with your personal situation, given your talents and strengths, and your networking abilities. It will gain momentum on the basis of the valuation of our youth and the caliber of questions and provocation we expose them to. We must edify them as capable learning agents and help them to win back their self confidence in honest inquiry, to examine the reality of human nature and economics, the reality of their spiritual dimension and that of existence.

Our precious youth will ultimately have to want to study the real facts and interpret the numbers according to reality and not what has been fed to them in sound bytes. They have to want to examine public documents in the way of governmental decisions and laws made or undone, of financial documents and the understanding of the magnitude of numbers, the difference between a million dollars and a trillion dollars, the difference between 100,000 people and one million. They will have to want to understand the motivations of governmental power, the difference between centralized and decentralized governance. They will have to want to examine the difference between multiculturalism and assimilation, between national economic dependency and national sovereignty.

The globalists have taken advantage of our educational system and our governmental system. They have taken advantage of the normal naivete of youth that without sufficient awareness of history and economics, expect a more tolerable and simple world of access, security, and achievement. They have opened the door to the Islamists, both radical terrorists and political activists. Both are now living in the US either actively engaging in both plotting terrorist attacks and running for political office. Our radical socialists are now at the mayoral level in local government and at the Lieutenant Governor in state government. They begin with local activism and gain enough popularity to run for city council and county commissioner in order to build the legal system to house and protect a maximum of subsidized families and individuals so as to facilitate the migration of illegal migrants in one part of the neighborhood and and Islamic families in the other. The Islamic families are concentrated to build political representation as in Minneapolis and Dearborn, and currently in the process, New York. New York’s future is London, England where two thirds of some voting districts are Islamic as in East London. Mamdani’s rise to power should have been totally foreseen as all the precursors had been established. In 2020, there began a construction boom of mixed and low income subsidized housing, reaching a peak in 2024. When President Trump was elected, many cities continued to plan subsidized housing projects by quietly holding rezoning referendums. Now there is another construction boom even while the existing units are nowhere near saturated. Unaware to the young adult residents, the city councils are working like mad to maximize their subsidized housing capacity. The subsidized units are being wrapped with new greenways that facilitate walking distance to most conveniences. The commencement of construction is does not require a citizen vote. Years later, the completion of those apartments does. While they tout that subsidized housing does not lower property values, the reality is that it slows their appreciation as compared to those further out. As the city’s future tax base is curtailed, it will require substantial city and state tax increases, especially corporate taxes. This will inevitably impoverish the city and surrounding suburbs, which is the actual objective of the global elites! If they succeed, you will see urban crawl on steroids and more and more worse impoverished rural towns. As I have emphasized in previous posts, The US will have succeeded economically when you see our small towns and cities growing, along with the decentralization of health care services.

There is not only a madness to the red/green alliance but also a method. It progresses along the ideology of multiculturalism which has been achieved in most of the larger cities across Europe and Latin America. If you follow the world trajectory of Islamic incursion into the west, you cannot dismiss the method by which they are achieving tremendous success. They did not concentrate on London and New York coincidentally. They are out to subdue the free market, subjugate western culture, and conquer the entire free world for their own. The United States is the single most threat to conquering Israel. Likewise, for the global elites, the US is the most formidable obstacle to establishing a socialist world order. We are the common enemy to both. It is no surprise they are out to conquer our greatest geopolitical ally across the pond. Make no mistake, the Islamics are taking advantage of the incursion of socialism in the US as manifested through our elite universities, tremendously primed and supported by Barak Obama and then radicalized under Joe Biden.

When it is said that these two factions hate America, we mean that on the secular level, they hate the superiority and success of capitalism, and the religious freedom that has been the foundation of the most successful economy in the world. On the spiritual level, they recognize western culture as evil and have no hesitation in celebrating the heinous murders of Christians and Jews. They see their own culture as superior so much that they rely on the naivete of our young adults to achieve their conquest without confrontation. After having been sold on the myth of free stuff and affordability, they are unable to accept the reality that you shouldn’t expect to afford Park Place if you are merely renting on Vermont Avenue. They simply believe they should be able to take Park Place for the cost of Vermont Avenue and that somehow demonstrates personal dignity. They have been sold by the age old candy man that simply wants to put them in an economic cage with no economic freedom and opportunity. They need to learn that nothing is free and that if everything is free, it leads to eventual severe impoverishment as they are mandated to pay for it later with interest. Can they discover that affordability is better achieved by incentivizing the market to lower prices through competition and deregulation. Will they recognize that affordability is achieved by creating the employer capacity to produce upward mobility and real wage growth above the cost of living. Do they recognize affordability as a relative term and that it is best elevated by hard work and strong learning curves. Wil they mature to realize that these realities are seldom achieved without the intentional strengthening of character and work ethic. Finally, will they understand that one cannot hope to defeat a spiritually motivated enemy, Satan and all his cronies, without a superior spiritual motive, Christ! This has already been historically proven.

When the vast majority of our youth finally understand the cost of their current freedoms and their own responsibility for preserving those freedoms, only then can we tout success against the vicious attack from the global elites. We will then witness a more sober population of young adults who learn to participate in local government and who strive to lead their communities in the direction of preserving freedom and equity, who do so in the context of strong spiritual character. We need them in all of our major cities. We can’t stop at just cleaning up the illegal immigration and crime problem. We must vigorously empower and support these local community leaders with a lot more planning and deliberation.

Exploring The Affordable Housing Explosion and the Influx of Socialist City Councils Across The Country

The infrastructure for the socialist takeover of the US is quietly being laid right in front of our noses.

Where is the funding coming from? Who is planning on moving in? These are the primary inquiries that are being deflected toward the proposed benefits of multi-family low and mixed income apartments, otherwise known as affordable housing. These come in the form of apartments, townhomes, and row houses. It has been claimed to be the solution to homelessness, mostly by city councils and globalists posing as housing experts that travel from city to city to make their pitch to those residents that are willing to hear their pitch, such as Gregg Colburn, a resident of Seattle, who has come to Raleigh as part of his metropolitan globetrotting. Mr. Colburn wrote a book, Homelessness Is A Housing Problem, which outlines the reasons for the need for affordable housing. It is absolutely illogical and disregards the basic facts of human nature and confounds the causes of homelessness in our cities. They do this by citing correlative statistics to a completely clueless citizen audience. Declaring that there just aren’t enough homes to go around is as preposterous as declaring that those that cannot afford a car are carless because there aren’t enough cars to go around. He and the globalist democrat local community leaders refuse to acknowledge this crucial truth. If our society had agreed that those who work to provide a home for their families will pay for those who are unwilling to make choices that enable them to pay rent, Gregg would be right. Logically, taxpayers could be mandated to pay for housing all homeless individuals regardless. At that point, all incentives to make the right choices would disappear. It would actually incentivize choices that lead to more homelessness. Actually, the mostly democrat local governments know this and are incentivized to maximize taxpayer funded low and moderate income families and individuals. They are proposing more than doubling the current housing availability in the next 4-5 years to keep up with the forecasted population growth.

In so doing, they are actually disincentivizing market priced home ownership

The subsidies come from other people’s federal, state, city, and county taxes, and even some sales taxes and local government user fees. They also get funds from private developers for the permission to build market rate apartment buildings, which benefits the city by growing its tax base. Raleigh got $4.7 million from the federal government for fiscal year 2024-2025. $4 million of this subsidy was combined with a $10.5 million investment from Wake County to create the Wake County Affordable Housing Preservation Fund. Additional funding was secured from banking partners to make a total of $61.6 million for a projected 3,170 affordable units. A private developer, Hoffman and Associates provided $1.5 million to the affordable housing fund for the permission to build a market rate apartment building on top of the city bus station. The 2026 city budget calls for close to $11 million to be spent on affordable housing.

The city residents were was asked to rank 3 priorities: housing for low and moderate income families, housing for homelessness or those at risk for becoming homeless, and social services for low and moderate income families. The result, now in October of 2025 is that the GoRaleigh bus drivers have personally in a large group shown up to a city council meeting to fervently expose the degree of violence that runs rampant in the city, making their job too dangerous. The city just passed a rezoning law that turns single family home neighborhoods into multi-family subsidized apartment buildings. This is the precursor of runaway gang violence and a permanent government dependent voting cohort. The city will spend taxpayer money to actually find and attract tenants. Worse yet, it paves the way for indoctrinating the youth into socialism. Raising a family in an apartment building with limited income is always oppressive and restrictive. The larger the development the greater chance the children are overcome by the lowest level of culture, namely drug addiction and crime. This is not a bias. It is a fact as demonstrated by all of our large cities. No amount of social services solves this socialization problem. Children that are raised in an environment where they are proud and appreciative of their home are better positioned to be motivated to nurture healthy relationships and contribute the best of themselves. Parents who design more of their home environment are more likely to be more dedicated to their children.
