Liberal activism has run into a dead end. We know their elected officials are planted into office with elite billionaire campaign donations. Their myths about systemic racism and climate change have been debunked. Their fraudulent slush funds have been disclosed. Their fake protests have been exposed. Their weaponization of the federal government has been factually disclosed to the public. It appears that swaying public opinion through deception has not worked the way it was intended.
Whereas liberal activism has relied on emotional and dramatic public display, conservative activism has been working mostly behind the scenes – until Charley Kirk. The conservative voice has been confined to one large mainstream news outlet and a scattering of blogs and YouTube channels. Although this has worked to sway public opinion on the national level, in contrast to our liberal friends, we have been absolutely benign on the local level. This is why we have such a prominent regression into socialism amongst our idealistic young adults. The Columbia University cohort, when asked why they voted for this economic system by enlarge responded that it was time to try “something new”, a total admission of the ignorance of world history and the irrelevance of current economic systems around the world. An immature world view will always be vulnerable to the candy man politician promising undeliverable goods for the license to control their lives and eventually impoverish their community.
Conservatives have never been good at public messaging. There is a belief that actions and results speak louder than words. That’s true when the results are shortcoming and easy to recognize. Today, it is very easy for a well intentioned young adult to become disillusioned as life’s expectations have not been realized. There is no seemingly credible source that readily, rationally and succinctly explains the conservative values and priorities. As the conservative voice is almost totally focused on the national level, it has been the liberals who have remained current with local politics. If President Trump had not won the election, this country would be totally unrecognizable within a few years. There would be a huge surge in families at the level of poverty in subsidized housing with no hope of improving their financial situation. There would be skyrocketing unemployment as the private sector is taxed to extinction. They would have succeeded in socializing the United States into severe impoverishment.
Conservative Activism Has Not Yet Begun
Real functional conservative activism is, for the most part, still nonexistent. Not until you see our young adults spontaneously gather in genuine, fervent prayer, writing and distributing petitions and referendums to their state legislators, their city councils and county boards, can you hope to make good on the opportunities the Trump administration is creating. Otherwise all that extra disposable income made available by tax cuts and wage growth will be sucked away by state and local taxes and user fees, even in the conservative states, but more so in the liberal states. They will be taxed out of their homes and into urban and suburban apartments, cheated out of the equity they would have amassed instead of making rent payments. The current explosion of subsidized housing does exactly that.
Conservative activism must be organic and begin in the local churches, schools, and yes, even the family bars! It must be led by men of strong spiritual character. As a man, when was the last time you were asked to go to such a gathering? Where is the emphasis in the conservative mainstream media to focus locally? Thought so. We have not yet begun.

Petitions must be written to create local legislation to limit property taxes and inflated property valuations so as to allow homeowners to build market value and equity in their homes. Petitions must be written to lift restrictions on religious freedom on public property. Petitions must be written to create legislation that incentivizes local private economic growth and prevents the expenditure of tax dollars that stifle economic growth. These petitions must be locally publicized. City councils and county boards exist to serve their constituents by maximizing the market value of their properties and limiting their tax liabilities. Yet, today those elected bodies are quietly doing just the opposite, largely with no public resistance or participation. Across the country, these governing bodies have very little oversight. The US Constitution intended for the citizens to be the functional oversight. Unfortunately, this has all but disappeared.
“The preservation of the sacred fire of liberty, and the
destiny of the Republican model of Government, are
justly considered as deeply, perhaps as finally staked
on the experiment entrusted to the hands of the
American people.”
— George Washington
